- Manages the sales activities to the key accounts ,OEMs and distributors
- Manages the sales team
- Reaching the sales targets as a team with maximum effort;
- Ensuring morale and motivation of the team which is working with him/her;
- Analyzing and keeping track of competitors in the industry;
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
- Preparing reports on the areas of the responsibility and providing them periodically to management;
The Successful Applicant
- The successful candidate should have a university degree from related departments.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in similar position.
- S/he should have strong communication, time management and problem solving skills with high ability level of planning and organisation.
- Understanding and analyzing customer needs, analytical thinking and successful strategy implementation would be necessary.
- S/he should also have high level of managerial skills and be experienced in setting up and managing sales teams.
- S/he should have a valid driver's license and no restrictions to travel.
- Good command of English is a must
