GREAT CFO ASSISTANT POSITION WITH 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
About Our Client
Our client is a reputable corporate firm in construction and real estate sectors (Asian side).
Our ideal candidate will be responsible from:
* Assisting the CFO in his daily business routine;
* Managing the communication between executive and other departments;
* Coordinating the schedule of the CEO to facilitate meetings, appointments and travel organizations ;
* Organizing meetings, making the required preparations and providing/distributing the meeting notes when necessary ;
* Acting as a problem identification and resolution source, answering questions, providing guidance;
* Providing support in related business filings, documents, presentations and reports.
The Successful Applicant
Our ideal candidate is expected to have following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree form a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in big corporate firms, preferably in Finance and Accounting related departments ;
- Advanced command of English, both written and verbal;
- Good command of MS Office applications;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Initiative taker, problem solver and result oriented.
- Responsible, detail oriented and self starter;
- Organizational talent and ability to multitask;
- Preferably residing on the Anatolian side.
