About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies.
Reporting to the HR Manager of the organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Dealing with personnel issues and compensation& benefit data;
- Preparing personnel budget and checking the payroll data;
- Supporting the establishing a connection between performance evaluation and compensation systems.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is required to have Bachelor's degree from reputable universities. At least 4 years of HR experience will be considered. Very good analytic background and knowledge of labor law is required. Fluency in English is a must.
