About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading pump supplier companies for industrial usage. For their future development plans, we are looking for a:
Reporting to Sales and After Sales Manager, the ideal candidate is responsible for:
- Providing commisioning, preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting services on industrial pumps as well as conducting training to customer personnel;
- Delivering service products and support to our customers;
- Interfacing with customers to establish and maintain the sustainable relationship with customers;
- Maintaining and administrating customer files.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is required to hold Bachelor's degree from technical departments from reputable universities. Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar position is a must. Candidates with analytical and strong interpersonal skills will be selected. Fluency in English will be preferred.
