Reporting to Human Resources Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing organizational development processes,
- Creating talent management methodology and career maps,
- Coordinating promotions, rotations and back-up management,
- Following assessment center and competency tools.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is required to have Bachelor's degree from reputable universities. Min. 2 years of talent management experience in HR (generalist experience will be a plus), very good communication and organization skills are required. Fluency in English is a must.
