Job description
Reporting to the Senior Territorial Manager Middle East, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the sales, support and customer services of instruments, software, consumables, accessories, training and service contract products in a manner which positively reflects the company image. The key responsabilities are:

- Maintaining and developing customer and distributor relationship and sales opportunities in order to meet or exceed plan with special focus on key accounts;
- Ensuring the products are presented at appropriate purchase opportunities and that all available resources are used efficiently and effectively to close the sale in favour of the company's products;
- Gathering, analyzing and delivering information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropiate to the market;
- Leading the team in a motivational way with a special focus on their development;
- Achieving the quarterly and annual order and sales targets;
- Executing local financial and legal requirement as per company policy;
- Forecasting and budgeting monthly annual order and revenue plans;
- Taking lead in local network of service, support, customer service, marketing and finance to maximize area performance.

Who we are looking for
The succesful candidate should have the following experience and skills:

- Bachelor's degree or equal level, not necessarily in Life Science;
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in related industry (Pharma and/or Life Science);
- Autonomy and commercial spirit;
- Strong people management and motivational skills;
- Excellent social skills and professional outfit;
- Proven skills in use of computer systems, particularly spreadsheets and databases;
- Problem solving abilities and objective oriented;
- Proficiency in Turkish and Englısh.

The selected candidate will be home based, ideally in Turkey, and will be travelling within the country or abroad according to business needs.
