Job description
A Recruitment Consultant's day is challenging and varied, taking responsibility for both candidates and clients. A Recruitment Consultant is primarily responsible for:

- Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client database
- Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search
-Managing your clients and candidates recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage
- Focussing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management (CRM)

Who we are looking for
Potential Recruitment Consultants who has a passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career, must be able to demonstrate;

-Either 2 or 4 years of experience in Recruitment or working experience in Banking/Financial services (in Audit Big-Four ,İnternal Auditing,Controller..)
- Strong networking and client development abilities
- Commercial Oriented
- Result Focused and fact finder
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Belives in Team Spirit
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English. Second language is an advantage
-Young,dynamic, smart and alert
- And he/she has a sense of humor
