Job description
We are looking for:

VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Reporting to the responsible Director, the applicant will be based in the Head Quarter of the company in Istanbul. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing brand visual standards;
- Having regular Customer visits to ensure that the brand visual standards are in line with brand standards;
- Creating special displays to promote a specific product or promotion;
- Drawing designs and plans by hand or computer;
- Deciding how to use space and being creative on designing displays;
- Giving feedback to head office and buying teams;
- Setting up displays, dressing dummies and posters;
- Making sure that prices and other necessary details are visible;
- Coaching and training sales staff on how goods should be displayed;
- Following up stock/buying correlation, product season combination and give continuous feedback to Brand Managers/ Partners.

Who we are looking for
The successful candidate is required to have the following experience and skills:
- Has proficiency level of written and oral English;
- Commercial way of thinking and creative approach;
- Result oriented and able to lead a team of people;
- Passion for retail sector;
- Dynamic personality with strong communication skills;
- Open minded towards challenges and is able to adapty to flexible working hours and conditions;
- Minimum 2 years merchandising experience in Retail Business;
- No restrictions for traveling;
- No military obligation for male candidates.
