Job description
Reporting to the Sales Director the ideal candidate will be responsible for the sales, support and customer services of instruments, software, consumables, accessories, training and service contract products in a manner which positively reflects the company image.
The key responsabilities are:

- Maintain and develop customer and distributor relationship and sales opportunities in order to meet or exceed plan with special focus on key accounts;
- Gathers, analyzes and delivers information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropiate to the market;
- Lead the team of four(4) people in a motivational way with a special focus on their development;
- Achieve the quarterly and annual order and sales targets;
- Forecast and budget monthly annual order and revenue plans;
- Take lead in local network of service, support, customer service, marketing and finance to maximize area performance.

Who we are looking for
The succesful candidate is required to have the following experiences and skills:

- Bachelor's degree or equal level from a reputable university;
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in related industry (Pharma and/or Life Science);
- Autonomy and commercial spirit;
- Strong people management and motivational skills;
- Excelent social skills and professional outfit;
- Problem solving abilities and objetive orienteed;
- Proficiency in Turkish and Englısh.
