Our client is a software developer company which operates multinationally.

Job description
The Ideal Candidate should have:
- Ability to adapt and work in multinational environments and working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Availability to travel abroad often
- Ability to act on own convictions rather than on desire to please others.
- Ability to create a good first impression on others and to maintain that impression.
- Aware of feelings and needs of other people and of his/her impact on them and actions to indicate his awareness.
- Ability to identify problems, seek relevant data, recognize important information and the ability to diagnose the possible causes of problems.
- The ability to evaluate data and to formulate decisions and courses of action to reach logical decisions (unbiased, rational approach).
- Ability to establish appropriate courses of action for self and/or others to accomplish a goal.
- Ability to establish procedures to monitor processes tasks or activities of people.
- The ability to follow up the results of delegated assignments and projects.

Who we are looking for
Requirements :
- Excellent command of oral and written English. Additionally, one of the local languages in the region is preferable.
- Experience in sales of software or solution products
- 3 - 5 years of international business development and sales experience, preferably in technology sector.
- Good know-how and experience on strategic accounts management
- Demonstrable track record of achieving business growth target
- Customer oriented professional with a proactive, energetic, hands on approach and a results driven vision
- University degree from a reputable university
