Leading national construction company, proven themselves in many projects of public housings, shopping malls, hospitals and airports.

Job description
-Managing planning process in accordance with the committee's decisions;
-Planning and taking necessary measures to abide by the schedule;
-Taking charge of procurement processes at all levels;
-Resolving all kind of problems;
-Turning the project over ready to a turnkey;
-Taking the responsibilities of whole project;
-Guidance and direction to site teams ensuring project is delivered safely, to the right quality and compliant with client and industry standards.
-Cooperate in all matters pertaining to health & safety to enable the company to carry out its legal duties and requirements.
-Successful candidate will lead and manage the project team and ensure all project objectives are met within the agreed timescales and target cost whilst complying with internal management systems. Additionally, you will monitor and report project progress and status throughout the project lifecycle.

Who we are looking for
-Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architect, Master degree is a plus;
-Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position;
-Having 5 years of experience in large scale projects;
-Excellent Knowledge of CAD & office IT programs ;
-Deep knowledge of project & contract management, occupational safety, procurement;
-Turn-key project experience;
-Excellent command of written and spoken English.
