Job description
Reporting to the International CEMEA Business Manager of the company, our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Accompanying BDEs to meetings on an adhoc basis to monitor sales techniques and identify areas of development and/or improvement;
- Creating and delivering training to team and specific individuals when required;
- Directing reports must operate in a fast-paced and a very activity-driven environment with a positive atmosphere;
- Managing accurate team/individual forecasts and reports;
- Achieving and/or surpass team revenue targets;
- Ensuring the continued development of direct reports by mentoring, motivating and encouraging them to achieve KPIs;
- Improving management, sales and other business skills to be ready to handle more and varied responsibility.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate is required to have the following experience and skills:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a B2B client facing new business sales role;
- Experience in managing and motivating a team an advantage;
- Experience in services industry (telecoms, utilities: water, gaz, etc.) with recurrent business model;
- Sales skills (cold calling, sales presentations, price and terms negotiation, problem management, account management, account growth, etc.);
- Management of varied personalities and cultures;
- Positioning yourself as a liaison and trusted confidant to other departments;
- Key attributes associated with this role include being innovative, dynamic, forward thinking, energetic, enthusiastic and driven;
- Fluent in English. French will be an asset.
