-Focusing on all sized manufacturers and enterprises in the region;
-Delivering and exceeding all elements of the National Sales plan;
-Maintaining daily contact with the clients by telephone and meet all of the team weekly in the field;
-Managing the presentation, negotiation and closing sales contracts processes;
-Originating new clients and preparing new action plans;
-Achieving and maintaining optimum headcount for allocated territory;
-Taking on additional work/projects when required;
-Taking responsibility for own personal development.
Aradığımız profil
-Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electonical Engineering from a reputable university;
-At least 3-5 years of experience in a related field;
-Deep understanding of the sales process end to end;
-Strong and effective sales management experience;
-Highly diligent, efficient and accurate with paperwork;
-Commercially aware;
-Influencing & Problem Solving Skills;
-Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, especially Excel and Outlook;
-Having good communication skills and dynamic;
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
