Now, we are recruiting trainees who can be future potential consultants to expand our business.

Job description
Key elements of the role include:
- Providing market knowledge and advice to employers;
- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals;
- Maintaining candidate networks;
- Providing resume, interview and career advice to candidates;
- Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles;
- Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages;
- Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking;
- Working as part of a team to maximise Michael Page's commercial performance;
- Developing and managing ongoing client relationships - both on the phone and face to face.

Who we are looking for
Potential Recruitment Consultants who has a passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career, must be able to demonstrate;
- Either 2 or 4 years of experience in Recruitment or working experience in Sales or Marketing functions;
- Strong networking and client development abilities;
- Commercial Oriented;
- Result Focused and fact finder;
- Good time management and organisational skills;
- Belives in Team Spirit;
- Young,dynamic, smart and alert;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in English. Second language is an advantage;
- He/she has a sense of humor
