Our client is a looking for HR Director for their big group;

Job description

The Role– HR Director, main duties to include:


-To lead, direct and motivate the HR Team, providing opportunity, guidance and coaching in support of professional and career development, promoting a continuous improvement;
-Recommend and maintain an organizational structure, manpower planning and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives;
-To provide advice and guidance to the Directors and their management teams on all aspects of HR;
-To facilitate and monitor succession planning to manage employee relations, ensuring timely and effective communication across the organisation;
-To analyse and monitor absenteeism working with management and Health & Safety to minimise absence levels within the organisation.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills and abilities:

-Universtiy degree from related field;
-At least 8+ years in a HR Manager role;
-Specialized training in organizational planning, compensation, and preventive labor relations;
-Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management;
-Knowledge of local employment, wage and salary laws and regulations;
-Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications;
-Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
