Job description
Reporting to Country Manager of the organization, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Driving and developing the company's business in Turkey to achieve sales and profitability goals and objectives agreed in the budget;
- Managing the planning and execution of annual and monthly sales plans;
- Coaching the sales team;
- Keeping track of the competitors' performance and achieviments.

Who we are looking for
The succesful candidate is required to have the following experience and skills:

- University Graduate;
- At least ten (10) years of experience in FMCG sales department management experience;
- Cost effective management skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications;
- Fluency in English.
