Job description
-Responsible for technical support and optimization of existing and upcoming programs and processes.
-Responsible for the preparation of all relevant documentation to meet product and process specifications.
-Responsible for preparing relevant training documentation for hourly associates.
-Responsible for following all company rules and standards.
-Ensures all project standards and specifications are met.
-Works closely with quality and safety to resolve all issues
-Determination and reporting of the nonconformities and risks related to occupational safety and environment.
-Make suggestion for the actions. In case of an accident, for analyzing the situation; take necessary precautions and perform TIPSS studies with his/her supervisor and HSE Coordinator.
-Awareness of environmental factors.
-Economical consumption of natural resources. Proper management of the waste resources.

Who we are looking for
-Requires a degree in process or mechanical engineering.
-Minimum (5) years experience in manufacturing, product design or quality in an automotive OEM supplier.
-Must possess basic design skills including general knowledge of manufacturing methods and capabilities.
-Must have capabilities and knowledge of CAD design together with sound drafting and GD&T knowledge.
-Must have a sound knowledge of statistics.
-Must be capable of leading problem solving activities.
-Good written and oral communication skills. English language.
