Now, we are recruiting trainees who can be future potential consultants to expand our business. We are looking for a:

Job description
The trainee's day is challenging and varied, taking responsibility for both candidates and clients. The Trainee is primarily responsible for:

- Identifying new business opportunities,developing client relationships and managing a client database;
- Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search;
- Calling candidates for the interviews, helping the consultants for the new market strategy;
- Preparing candidates interview reports;
- Managing your clients and candidates recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage;
- Focussing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management (CRM);
- Support the backoffice and administration network.

Who we are looking for


The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor or master degree in Engineering or relevant faculties of a reputable university;
- Good time management and organisational skills;
- Believes in team spirit;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Commercial oriented, strong networking and client development abilities;
- He/she should have a sense of humour;
- No obligation in military service for male candidates;
- Fluent in English.
