About our client
Our client is one of the biggest well known retail company and They're looking for HR Manager;
Job description
-Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices)- hiring staff, producing job descriptions, placing adverts, working with recruitment consultancies, organising interviews and running assessment centres;
-Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets;
-Salary reviews - researching salaries and ensuring they are in line with legal requirements;
-Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation;
-Plan for employees performance appraisal; develop tool for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
-Managing all HR functions and team members;
-Developing and implementing HR policies;
-Maintaining HR records and reporting;
-Managing HR projects.
Who we are looking for
-University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Social Sciences;
-Minumum 7 years experience with HR responsibilities in all the functions;
-Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
-Strong understanding of Employment Law;
-Knowledge and capacity to advice on HR business opportunities and engage in tender creation;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-Excellent leadership, presentation and problem solving skills;
-Fluent in English.
