DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job description
Focal point of the role is the leasing of existing office buildings in Turkey. In addition the role will be;

- Executing analysis of localities, calculating profitability;
- Executing planning and utilization conceptions;
- Negotiating lease and purchase agreements;
- Taking care of tenants, prospective buyers and investors;
- Evaluating economic utility of properties and project valuation.

Who we are looking for
The succesful candidate should have the following experience and skills:

- University degree in Economy, Law, Civil Engineering or Architecture;
- 5+ years experience in successful implementation of commercial projects;
- Very good knowledge of project and construction lien;
- Deep knowledge of Istanbul real estate market;
- Complex understanding of project management with the main focus on setting strategic targets and priorities;
- Fluent knowledge of German and English
- Ability to easily connect, natural networker
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Result and customer oriented approach.
