Our client is a wellknown compay in bodycare and cosmetic sector.

Job description
- Managing the interface Emerging Market Region and finance functions based in Head Quarters;
- Support efficient planning and reporting of affiliates of the region;
- Support and challenge controlling of affiliates in the context of the objectives of the Emerging Markets Region;
- Support the VP Finance Emerging Markets in managing the affiliates in financial area;
- Actively work in projects covering various aspects in the Emerging Markets Region;
- Pro active communication with Finance functions based in Head Quarters to ensure input on needs is constantly given;
- Support the business set up the Emerging Markets Region by facilitating relevant conversations on a fact basis based on appropriate reports.

Who we are looking for
- University degree in finance;
- 5 years of experience in finance and controlling area in professional international company;
- Good and proven controlling experience;
- Ideally in an environment where the controlling function is integrated into the business, acts a business partner, works close with line managers;
- Ideally experience in other function outside finance;
- Analytical and communication skills;
- Excellent IT skills and showing high interest in IT related topics;
- Experience in working with SAP;
- International mindset;
- Experience in and can operate successfully in ''lean organization'' , small excutive team, dealing with various countries ( spread from East to West like eg. İndia, Africa, Latin America;
- English is a must. German or Spanish is an advantage;
- Globally mobile for next career steps.
