About our client
Our client is one of the largest consulting firm in the world. For their expansion plans, we are looking for:

EXECUTIVE MANAGER who is responsible for either telecommunication or industry divisions

Job description
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Identifying business development opportunities that are aligned with client strategies and develop successful case to new bussiness opportunities;
- Managing research and analysis activities to identify and prioritize client creation opportunities based on your understanding of client high level visions and needs;
- Shaping and leading the business solution implementation;
- Participating in practive building activities;
- Providing coaching and mentoring to consultants and managers.
- Carrying out extensive research on business and market trends and incorporate those results in the strategy for the company and make improvements in existing services if needed;
- Ensuring the quality of the work carried out and make sure the team follows company guidelines and best industry practices;
- Identifying, communicating and implementing critical success steps while building effective and profitable working relationships with C-level and other senior executives.

Who we are looking for
The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills:

- Strong understanding in either telecommunications or industry segment;
- MBA or equilavent graduate;
- Minimum of 10 years experience within a reputable Management Consulting company;
- At least 15 years of experience in consulting and business development;
- Confident, outgoing and result oriented personality with adaptability to change;
- Ability to deal with stress and work under pressure;
- Deep expertise in problem solving and structuring;
- Proven ability to lead client and consulting teams through strategy assignments;
- Proven ability to build, extend and maintain senior client relationships;
- Very strong executive presence and client influencing skills;
- Fluency in English.
