Job description
University degree in Law;
Fluent in English, Russian is an asset ;
Minimum 5 years experience in the consultancy sector;
Ability to build and sustain credibility among peers and contacts;
Excellent organization and presentation skills;
A good communicator, keen problem solver and decision taker with creative mind-set;
Outstanding cultural and interpersonal skills, excellent networker in the political world;
Result Oriented and positive thinker;
Mature, diplomatic, analytical and synthetical

Who we are looking for
Know in detail any expansion file from a law point of view;
Analyse any new expansion opportunity in order to look for and propose the best solution for the acquisition;
Manage powers delegations and present for signatures completes and reliable files;
Develop a network of contacts in order to be aware of opportunities;
Present and defend each opportunity in front of the evaluation committee;
Identify bottlenecks and problems in order to solve them with appropriate and efficient solutions;
Think positively and be creative in terms of solutions;
Renegotiate contracts at the deadlines;
Provide support on development of projects and sell out of these sites;
Archive and update regularly all juridical documentations.
