About our client
Our client is one the wellknown company in worldwide. Now they are looking for a Finance Director who will be the successer of General Manager for the future.

Job description
- Prepares operational budget in accordance to central. Obtains general management consent;
- Ensures the development and realisation of financial planning upon agreement with the GM and central division in Germany;
- Ensures timely and through processing amendments and analysis of financial accounting data. Checks that the approved budget is a adhered to. Implements suitable measures in case of deviations. Constantly looks for cost and process efficiency improvements;
- Renders current accounts for external recipients and central division;
- Provides guidance for mid-term and long term developments in terms of con-trolling financing, tax and accounting inputs and impacts;
- Implements risk management to ensure that the company is suitably insured with respect to the expectations of the central division;
- Responsible of compliance with tax policies of local country. Handles compacts with the tax revenue office and with other official offices
- Manages financial policies. Maintains contact with banks and other financial institutes. Negotiates investment and credit loan conditions in coordination with General management and upon full disclosure of risks and benefits. Approves payments;
- Coordinates and support general management with questions of legal guid-ance, granting licences and client tenders;
- Ensures the correct registration in the Company Register
- Create and control policies for financing and acquiring property in compliance to General management and central office policies;
- Ensures that enterprise-wide software corresponds to the legal and specific requirements of the headquarters. Ensures the purchase of appropriate hardware to comply with software requirements;
- Manages, motivates and assesses co-worker development. Optimises organisa-tional structure in the field of finance responsibility upon agreement with the GM and the HR department;
- Suggest and/or Collaborates to internal and international projects as
appropriate.

Who we are looking for
- University degree ( Master Degree preferred ) in finance
- Minimum 7-10 years professional experience in different companies preferably a top performing FMCG company
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a senior position with people leadership
responsibility
- Experience in working in Finance / Controlling department
- Experiences in other fields ( e.g. : Sales or Logistics, Marketing) is a plus
- Local language and fluent English
- German would be an advantage
