Job description

-Managing customer relations and sales proportions;
-Motivating teams with ability of leadership;
-Representing the brand and brand values in the highest level;
-Reaching sales objectives and controlling the budget;
-Controlling merchandising activities and maintaining the image of the store;
-Staff recruitment and team training.

Who we are looking for

-Degree from a reputable university;Focus on customer satisfaction;
-Experience in retail store sector is a must;
-Customer and service orientation;
-Brand ambassador (representative, fashionable person);
-Flexibility regarding scheduling;
-Role model and ability to train people;
-Excellent command in English;
-Organizational skills. (back-office administration/usage of computer)
