Our client is one biggest group of companies in Azerbaijan.For their future development plans in Turkey we are looking for an Office Assistant

Job description
Our ideal candidate will be responsible from:

- To provide full secreterial and administrative support of the Office,
- Answering incoming calls and providing internal communication,
- To manage the filing system,update of database and other documents,
- Manage the information flows in the Department ,
- Coordinating and supervising the Gneral Manager's diary
- Preparing and organizing business travels, meetings and workshops
- Independently carrying out all necessary organizational tasks, telephone conversations and routine correspondence
- Coordinating and ordering all necessary technical equipment for the unit

Ordering stationery

Who we are looking for
Our ideal candidate is expected to have following skills:

- 1-3 years of related experience ,
- Good command of English both written and spoken ,
- Good command of MS Office Tools ,
- Preferably living in the European side of Istanbul
