About our client
We’re looking for Head of Legal for multinational pharma company;

Job description


-Review and provide legal advice on tender documents;

-Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract
management;

-Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers;

-Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the department for executive management meetings;

-Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities;

-Managing BPO procedures;

-Maintain constant communication with all parties involved throughout entire process.

Who we are looking for

-University degree;
-Minimum 7 years of professional experience in multinational companies;
-Good command of English;
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications;
-Very good communication and negotiating skills;
-Very good analytical skills;
-No military obligation for male candidates.
