Job description
Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Initiating and driving the sales/partnership initiatives;
- Enriching the companies "offer" packages;
- Coaching the technical employee benefits department and the consulting side;
- Conducting B2B sales;
- Developing business with new clients;
- Building up innovative offers/extension to our core products;
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients;
- Keeping up to date with the company's services and clients, and with market trends.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate is required to have the following experiences and skills:
- University degree in a related field from a reputable university;
- Experience in one of the following industries; Assistance, Heathcare, Private education institutions;
- Holding a position such as; Sales/Partnership Manager, Senior Executive or Product manager;
- Having a track record of selling services to HR departments of companies;
- Social, creative and result-oriented;
- Familiar with digital media / social media;
- Have a diversified porfolio of accounts;
- Excellent command of English both written and oral;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal and social skills, positive attitude and energetic approach.
