Collaborating with leading global brands, it plays a key role in delivering cutting-edge technology to businesses worldwide!!Job DescriptionOversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with IFRS and VUK standards.Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with Turkish GAAP (VUK) while liaising with auditors and tax authorities.Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial accuracy.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and strengthening collaboration with other departments.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; SMMM / CPA certification is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with proven experience in team management.Strong knowledge of IFRS, Turkish GAAP (VUK), and tax regulations.Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel skills for financial reporting and analysis; being an SAP FI Key User is strongly nice to have.Experience in an international company, preferably proficient in English, with strong analytical and leadership skills.What's on OfferBenefits package including company car and bonus.
