Business Control Senior Manager

The core responsibilities of a Business Control Senior Manager are:

• Lead the FP&A process.
• Manage the annual budgeting process, coordinate with department heads, and gather and consolidate budget information.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and long-term strategic planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
• Monitor and report financial performance, and identify improvement and cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to improve business results.
• Lead process improvement and digitalization projects in Finance.
