About Our Client

A leading multinational company for Logistic sector.

Job Description

· Preparation of existing, target-oriented analytical and ad-hoc reports with regards to recurring internal and external reports (monthly and quarterly) according to internal reporting rules

· Annual preparation of the budget and quarterly adjustment of the forecast

· Preparation and coordination of the quarterly and annual closing process in conjunction with all business units

· Independent review of accounting data records with regards to a forecast / actual comparison as well as budget tracking

· Process and weak point analysis as well as optimization and ensuring the functionality of the internal Business Objects reports

· Preparation of key performance indicators according to internal and external requirements

· Preparation of annual financial statements and forecasts

· Assumption / responsibility / follow-up of project tasks (for internal use, forwarding to cooperation partners, investors and public institutions)

· Preparation and support of the annual audit by external audit companies

· Ensuring the data quality of existing third-party mandate contracts

· Take ownership and responsibility of communication with existing / future third party mandate counterparties, such as center managers, asset managers, and third party investors accounting and finance teams

· Target-oriented communication / inquiries to internal and external business partners

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Engineering
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in finance, controlling ideally in auditing
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and internal controls
  • Experience in the real estate industry and German GAAP (HBG) is desirable
  • Advanced level of German and English
  • Very good MS Office skills; especially Excel and Power Point
  • Strong organizational skills and quick perception
  • Confident and fluent communicator with management at all levels,
  • Analytical thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, ability to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
