For International and Developing Business Group Companies,

  • Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into the company's financial health and performance
  • Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to establish realistic financial goals.
  • Aid in preparation of the business plan, strategic plan of the Group companies and respond to the queries of the venture capital funds.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to management, recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Oversee financial controls operated outside of Finance (e.g. Supply Chain) and drive focus on operational controls across the business
  • Prepare ad hoc reports in the areas of responsibility

Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering (Master / MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, budget & reporting, internal control, audit, business controlling or relevant field.
  • 5 years audit background is a must.
  • Qualification and/or experience in SOX, audit or risk management
  • Experience in control, design and assessment of business operations effectiveness
  • Experience in M&A will be an asset
  • Advanced command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to solve problems, think analytically, question, research,
  • Strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills,
  • Good team player, hardworking, dynamic and highly motivated personality,
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other departments,
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task,
  • Agility and adaptability to keep pace with the project based job
