Overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborating with leadership to design and execute operational strategies.
Contributing to long-term planning to support organizational growth and scalability.
Assessing risks and creating contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
Managing and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
Providing training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development.
Allocating resources effectively to meet business needs.
Developing and managing operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Identifying inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
Integrating technology and automation where applicable to improve workflows.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Preparing regular reports for senior management on operational performance and challenges.
Serving as a liaison between different departments to facilitate clear communication.
Addressing operational issues promptly and effectively.

Aradığımız Profil

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Advanced level of English skills.
Proven experience in operational management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning.
