İş Tanımı

  • Emission Calculation Studies: Conduct emission calculations for Scope 1, 2, and 3 to assess and manage the carbon footprint of various activities and processes.
  • Creating and Implementing Carbon Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to manage and reduce carbon emissions for target organizations.
  • Researching Low Carbon Solutions: Investigate and identify solutions that promote low carbon emissions, including technologies, practices, or policies.
  • Understanding Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM): Research and understand CBAM to prevent carbon leakage and ensure fair competition for industries subjected to carbon pricing.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Stay updated on global and local carbon emission regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in discussions and strategies involving multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, government bodies, industry associations, and customers.

Aradığımız Profil

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.



Experience:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a practical understanding of carbon management practices.



Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with GHG emission calculation methodologies such as the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064. Knowledge of emission trading systems is a plus.
  • Experience in conducting Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies.



Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking and project management skills.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in report writing and design with proper presentation skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., French, German) is an advantage.
  • Passion for Sustainability: Demonstrated through qualifications and relevant activities, with enthusiasm and drive to facilitate change through sustainability initiatives.
