İş Tanımı

· Responsible for sourcing and business development activities including guiding and preparing suppliers for upcoming buying seasons.

· Collaborate with buyers in Germany and Suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and project timelines.

· Fulfil assigned turnover targets, perform sourcing activities and support the execution of business development plans.

· Ensure Suppliers have a good understanding of REWE requirements, product specifications and the required quality level.

· Conduct market analysis and timely reports to facilitate the buyers on the buying decisions and assortment building

· Work closely with different Departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of orders, transparency in project status and on-time shipment.

Aradığımız Profil

· Degree holder in Food Engineering, Food Science or equivalent.

· At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferable in European buying offices.

· Familiar with European market and quality standards and requirements on retail Food products including canned, frozen (fish) and dry.

· Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.

· Solution-oriented, attentionn to details, and always striving for customer success and excellent service.

· Strong personality with a high level of independence and integrity.

· Advance level in both spoken and written English.

· Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

· Highly flexible with business trips.
