İş Tanımı

  • Responsible for the establishment, development, and management of the entire dealer network;
  • Manage and develop relationships with the company's partners and distributors;
  • Identify, select, and evaluate new partners and distributors;
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for partners;
  • Set sales targets and provide necessary support to partners to achieve these goals;
  • Organize training sessions for partners to ensure effective sales of our products;
  • Monitor market trends and competitive analysis to provide strategic recommendations;
  • Track partner performance and prepare performance reports.;
  • Collaborate with partners in alignment with the company's sales and marketing strategies.



Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy sector with a focus on renewable energy projects;
  • Experienced in channel management, sales, and business development;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficient in English, especially good command of speaking English;
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.
  • Residing in Ankara or willing to relocate to Ankara.
