  • In this role, you will lead the technology & data transformation and operations of Commercial function and also from route to market solutions and revenue growth management, to eCommerce and digital engagement

Aradığımız Profil

  • Over 5 years of experience leading Commercial IT & Digitalization teams, including recent experience as a Senior Manager / Director.
  • Holds a degree in Information Technology/Science or Industrial Engineering, along with PMI Agile certification or equivalent, and multiple years of experience leading Agile Product Development, preferably in web/mobile apps.
  • Proficient in e-commerce technologies, platforms, web analytics tools, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas, including Revenue Growth Management, Route to Market, eCommerce, Customer Journeys, CRM, Analytics, IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies for effective communication and informed technology decisions.
  • Experience in managing opex budgets and capex portfolios is a must
  • Exceptional problem-solving acumen, consistently identifying and implementing effective solutions to complex challenges, fostering a proactive and solution-oriented work environment.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate a commercial strategy into a tech roadmap, aligning with the broader goals and objectives of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data for informed decisions and driving revenue growth with a proactive mindset
  • Proactive mindset, expertise in negotiating contracts, evaluating vendors, and managing vendor relationships.
    Proven track record of driving growth, change, and building high-performance teams, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, business units, and external partners, is essential, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
