İş Tanımı

  • Support month-end closing activities in accordance with US GAAP and relevant scorecards.
  • Conduct balance sheet and account reconciliation reviews; prepare Month-End Compliance Reports.
  • Prepare monthly financial binders and ensure the accuracy of supporting documentation.
  • Develop weekly flash reports to provide early insights into financial performance.
  • Collect, prepare, and interpret financial information for business leadership, and support budgeting, actuals, and forecasting processes.
  • Perform standard costing and variance analysis through material ledger closings.
  • Validate and monitor all accruals on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare cost center reports and closely control monthly expenses.
  • Review and verify monthly sales reconciliations.
  • Manage CMF (Capital Management Forms) processes, including preparation, submission, and annual audit reporting.
  • Monitor working capital (AR/AP days, inventories, Capex, liquidity indicators) and ensure optimal levels.
  • Maintain and update lease commitment schedules in line with IFRS and company policies.
  • Prepare clear, insightful financial presentations for management meetings.
  • Track cost reduction initiatives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors; follow up on audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of business processes through simplification, automation, and enhanced controls.
  • Participate in SAP development and improvement projects, ensuring finance requirements are integrated.

Aradığımız Profil

A successful Controlling Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or Engineering from a reputable university (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, cost management, and accounting (preferably in the automotive industry).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Result-oriented with a strong business partnering approach.
  • Proactive, fast learner with a "get things done" attitude.
  • Audit experience is considered an asset.
