İş Tanımı

  • Identify new customer potentials and create sales opportunities for the relevant product family, for which we are a distributor.
  • Introduce our products/services to potential customers and manage the sales process.
  • Determine customer needs and effectively promote the company's products and services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage customer requests and provide solutions.
  • Utilize customer feedback to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Follow up on the installation and completion of products by the technical team after sales.
  • Oversee customer training sessions for completed services and ensure their successful completion.
  • Gather customer feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues by the relevant technical teams.
  • Analyze customer problems and requests to contribute to product/service development processes.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.



Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or customer management.
  • Existing customer portfolio in the IT sector.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Target-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel.
