İş Tanımı

  • Analyze and report production and supply chain costs in detail,
  • Monitor cost control processes, detect cost deviations, and investigate the causes,
  • Prepare monthly and annual cost reports and track cost performance,
  • Analyze supply, production, and inventory costs, providing improvement suggestions,
  • Ensure alignment of cost targets with the company budget,
  • Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies aimed at increasing production efficiency
  • Maintain communication between departments for effective cost management,
  • Contribute to process development in line with continuous improvement principles,

Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
  • At least three years of experience in cost accounting, cost analysis, and budgeting processes,
  • Preferably experienced in the automotive industry,
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills,
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP programs,
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
