Our client is a global consumer electronics company. We are looking for a CRM Manager directly reported Marketing Head.
In conjunction with manager, implementation of CRM activations on products identified by the manager, in line with the consumer's purchasing journey (customer journey). This, in order to:
- Extend the consumer database (collection of opt in, look alike ...)
- Develop consumer engagement (direct relationships, personalization)
- Maximize turnover / consumer (retargetting, sales promotion actions (up sell, cross sell ...))
- Digital transformation of the company:
Be a player in the digital transformation of GSF, in particular with the Marketing, KAM and Catman teams through training / awareness actions. Ensure a watch role on digital practices on the market.
- Agency management:
Manage relationships with CRM and creative / content agencies, ensuring the relevance of content and activations in line with the company's marketing objectives.
- Dashboards / KPIs:
Follow digital dashboards (CRM)
Key Performance Indicators: consumer engagement and sales generated directly
Budget management and monitoring of its projects
-Should have 3-5years of experience in marketing and / or commerce with a strong CRM, digital media, e-business dimension (via work-study program and 1st professional experience)
-Spirit of analysis and synthesis, very good organization to work in project mode
-Very good communication skills: creation of engaging content and brand storytelling
-Curiosity, openness and capacity for innovation (test & learn)
-Strong results / business orientation
-Business technical skills: data marketing
