Our client is a hospital group that provides health tourism services to many countries, primarily in Europe.

İş Tanımı

  • Oversee and propose solutions for Customer/Patient Experience and CRM projects, collaborating with IT and other teams.
  • Track and analyze customer/patient interactions, offering data-supported solutions.
  • Analyze customer/patient data to understand behaviors, insights, needs, and potential value to enhance loyalty.
  • Share patient data, unit performance analyses, and reports with management regularly, aligned with hospital objectives.
  • Identify and address development needs for Patient Experience and CRM applications, coordinating with IT as needed.
  • Develop reports and management dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Create and manage projects in website, SMS, and email marketing.
  • Conduct analyses to develop working models based on group hospital needs.
  • Lead automation projects with internal teams or external partners.



Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree or current graduate student in Statistics, Engineering, Econometrics, or Mathematics preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM or Data Analysis.
  • Ability to leverage large datasets to drive impact.
  • Familiarity with healthcare advancements and willingness to engage in project development.
  • Proficient in generating actionable plans through analysis and modeling, in collaboration with marketing and hospital management.
  • SQL knowledge required; experience with business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Experience with process analysis and ZOHO software preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply data to business processes.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
