Our client is one of the logistics companies. For their future development plans, we are looking for a:Customer Service Agent

İş Tanımı

  • Organizing the loading as of the notification for loading from the customer and/or sales teams
  • Printing BL.
  • Opening the file for the corresponding installation in internal program
  • Transmission of Armatore booking request (max.2-4 hours)
  • Delivery of the ship schedule to the customer based on the booking confirmation (max.2-4 hours after confirmation)
  • If internal transportation is to be organized by us, informing the carrier of the internal transportation organization
  • Providing the customer with the vehicle and container information for inland transportation
  • Receiving the installation instruction from the customer after the installation is complete
  • Passing the loading instruction to the ship owner
  • Ship departure tracking
  • Notification of ship departure to the customer (within maximum 24 hours)
  • Creation of income and expense items belonging to the file and issuance of invoices (within maximum 24 hours)
  • Printing the bill of lading (within maximum 24 hours)
  • Making necessary checks with the Finance department for bill of lading delivery
  • Forwarding Prereadvise and invoices for the related loading to the agency requesting and receiving the receipt confirmation from the agency to the forwarded e-mail
  • Keeping booking-loading reports on a weekly basis
  • Keeping departure and arrival tracking on a weekly basis
  • Carrying out weekly undrawn cargo follow-ups
  • Returning to invoice correction reports from finance (within maximum 48 hours)
  • Controls of operation reports and erroneous files at the end of the month

Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experienced in customer service: documentation, payment and delivery terms, (INCOTERMS) in international trade and logistics transactions
  • Experienced in Sea Freight Operation process (both export&import) is must
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Leadership skills
  • Problem solving oriented
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong team orientation is essential
  • Ability to deal with work deadlines
