About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading company in consumer durable industry. For their future development plans, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader of the organization, the person will be responsible for the following:

Process customer orders promptly and accurately;

Respond to customer inquiries (via telephone / mail / fax / sales representative / other) to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards;

Use the company's various system applications to provide a timely and accurate service level to customers;

Work in partnership with other local departments and associate offices to ensure our customer's needs and expectations are met at all times;

General invoicing;
-
Work in close cooperation with department manager.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. S/he should have excellent planning and organizational skills. The perfect candidate should be highly motivated, result oriented, creative, driven and customer oriented. The successful candidate should be able to speak English in advanced level. The perfect candidate should be team worker.
