Our client is a global company operating in the industrial distribution sector with a growing presence in Türkiye. They offer an international working environment with a distributor-based business model and close collaboration with regional teams.

İş Tanımı

  • Managing customer orders end-to-end, from order intake to coordination with relevant teams
  • Ensuring accurate and timely order entry and follow-up processes
  • Coordinating with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth order flow
  • Supporting documentation processes related to orders and logistics
  • Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and inquiries
  • Working closely with the Office Manager and supporting daily operational processes
  • Building basic understanding of products and technical terminology



Aradığımız Profil

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or similar roles
  • Engineering background is preferred
  • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to adapt to technical/industrial terminology
  • Fluency in Turkish and English
