CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Job Description

Job Mission:

Customer Service Specialist develops and follows up sales order, delivery, customer shipments, logistic and warehouse management processes. The main mission is to create an agile and reliable relationship between Customers, Internal Sales & Marketing & Finance Team and 3PLs.

  • Manage orders from beginning to end for the customers. Forwards necessary information to 3PL via EDI.
  • Prepare the monthly shipment plan for customers and send the shipment and delivery details to the customer.
  • Prepare and share the current item list and follow the updates on customer's side.
  • Deal with customer order related issues or problems by communicating internal & external stakeholders.
  • Check stock availabilities and/or credit limit issues and alert if needed.
  • Review monthly service level with the customers and clarify and align with the customers, if require.
  • Review monthly services and KPIs of logistic company.
  • Directly make constantly communication with 3PLs.
  • Follow and organize the customer return procedures and processes.
  • Organize the transportation processes in collaboration with 3PL.



The Successful Applicant

Education:
4 years university graduateProfessional experience & know how:
Customer Service or similar business experience as min 5 years.
Have a knowledge of FMCG distribution methods.
Advanced use of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel)
Have a knowledge of B2B systems of some key customers (preferred).
Working knowledge of SAP or sub modules is a must.Languages: Native Turkish, Fluent English both written and verbalOther skills: Drive for result, agile, reliable quantitative skills, commercial and practical, energic and analytical thinking,multitasking, customer driven, easy to communicate
