Job Description

Machine Demonstration & Customer Support



  • Conduct on-site machine demonstrations for dealers and end customers (excavators, loaders, dump trucks, diesel and electric machines).


  • Operate machines professionally to showcase product capabilities, performance, and competitive advantages.


  • Customize demonstration scenarios based on customer applications and working conditions.


  • Support sales activities during customer visits, trials, and job-site evaluations.


  • Provide basic operator and maintenance training to customers and dealers.



Technical Support & Product Feedback



  • Deliver end-to-end technical support before and after sales, including guidance on operation and first-level troubleshooting.


  • Collect customer feedback and machine performance data under real working conditions.


  • Participate in field tests, adaptation projects, and validation of localized machine configurations.


  • Act as a technical interface between the local market and regional/HQ product and R&D teams.



Training & Documentation



  • Deliver training sessions for operators and service technicians.


  • Support localization of technical documentation, manuals, and product bulletins.


  • Ensure demo machines are maintained and ready for customer use.


  • Coordinate logistics for demos, events, and field trials when required.

The Successful Applicant



  • 2-5 years of experience in construction machinery operations, service, technical support, or product engineering roles.


  • Hands-on experience with CE machines such as excavators, loaders, or similar equipment.


  • Solid technical understanding of hydraulics, diesel engines, and basic electrical diagnostics.


  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.


  • Fluent in Turkish; working proficiency in English is required.


  • Willingness to travel extensively across Turkey and occasionally abroad.


  • Proactive, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, build-up organization.
