For their development plans, we are looking for a Design Engineer.İş TanımıParticipating in Kickoff meetings to gather information about the upcoming project.Attending weekly meetings to share information related to the projects being tracked with supervisors and other departments.Based on documents, system parameters, and customer requirements provided by the PMO.Preparing all process basic design calculations such as heat calculations, water economy and tank capacity calculations necessary for the system to meet the required parameters.Selecting appropriate capacity and models for the equipment designed and manufactured by our company to match the project and controlling the selections.For externally sourced products (pumps, HEX, chillers, heat pumps, etc.), determining the necessary selection criteria and ensuring the procurement of the correct equipment by collaborating with the PMO and the Procurement team towards common goals.Determine the necessary pipe diameters based on the hydraulic profiles of the system and select the required inline equipment and instruments to prepare P&ID drawings.Collaborating with the electrical design department to create system scenarios.Preparing basic equipment layout plans, considering the primary equipment's maintenance areas, and controlling and approving 3D equipment and layout plans prepared by the draftsmen.Defining the basic pipe routes according to the prepared P&IDs and creating basic piping plans, controlling and approving 3D piping plans created by the draftsmen to ensure their conformity with the basic piping plans.Reviewing system P&IDs, making necessary improvements, and preparing basic designs for the relevant equipment layout and piping projects in AutoCAD/Revit (BIM-compatible) if outsourced.Providing technical support to the PMO and attending Customer/Supplier meetings when necessary.Controlling the hydraulic requirements of the equipment to be used within the project and checking the 3D models of equipment and piping prepared in relation to the equipment.Aradığımız ProfilGraduated from the University Engineering Department (preferably Mechanical Engineering).At least 7 years of hands-on experience working as a Designer/Project Engineer in industrial systems that use media such as water/oil, with expertise in system hydraulic profiling, piping calculations, system pressure loss, hydraulic calculations, and related equipment selection.Ability to read and prepare PFD and P&ID diagrams according to industrial standards.Advanced proficiency in pressure loss calculations and the Pipeflow Expert software.Expertise in the calculations of heating/cooling systems for closed or open tanks.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/Plant3D.Preferably experienced in REVIT software.Preferably experienced in designing gravity-operated plastic piping systems.No travel restrictions.Excellent command of English both verbal and written.Preferably living or able to reside in İzmir.Teklif Edilenler Join one of the leading manufacturing companies in the water filtration and treatment technology sector.PageGroup'a KatılınZeynep Yilmazİlan Referans KoduJN-112024-6586084ÖzetSektörMühendislik & ÜretimAlt SektörÜretim, İmalat EndüstriIndustrial / ManufacturingLokasyonİzmirKontrat TipiSürekliDanışman adıZeynep YilmazPozisyon ReferansıJN-112024-6586084
