İş Tanımı

  • Provide design consulting and support for domestic and international customers, including regular on‑site visits.
  • Support customer projects as a designer from the development phase through to market readiness.
  • Identify and determine market requirements regarding design and structures with the aim of shaping future design and collection concepts.
  • Collaborate in the conception and planning of design concepts or collections in coordination with development teams.
  • Develop new designs in line with market requirements and overarching design concepts.
  • Execute colouring of market‑specific designs by using laboratory facilities or digital workstations.
  • Contribute to the formulation, communication, visualisation and creation of marketing materials and tools aligned with market expectations.
  • Support sales in promoting new products, particularly through participation in trade fairs and delivering presentations to domestic and international customers.
  • Assist in the planning and supervision of trade fair appearances and stands both locally and abroad.
  • Provide support in the procurement of materials and layouts as well as material processing in coordination with management leadership.
  • Conduct trend and market research - including visits to trade fairs - and monitor competitive activities.

Aradığımız Profil

  • Successfully completed degree in Design or comparable training.
  • Several years of relevant, industry-specific experience, or professional experience in interior design, furniture design, or textile design.
  • High degree of creativity, originality, and inventiveness.
  • Ability to think impartially and independently.
  • Strong aesthetic judgement and high standards for the quality of one's own work.
  • Loyalty, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Personable, professional, and confident communication style.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
