The company has grown from a fast fashion store into a successful, globally recognized chain that carries renowned luxury and fast fashion brands.

Job Description

  • Own and manage all aspects of the brand websites, excluding logistics and customer service;
  • Oversee website performance, content, banners, and overall user experience;
  • Manage pricing, campaigns, and on-site promotions;
  • Ensure strong coordination between product, content, and marketing teams;
  • Lead content and banner strategy in collaboration with internal teams and external creative agencies;
  • Coordinate marketing calendars for new collections and seasonal launches;
  • Ensure product descriptions, visuals, and on-site storytelling align with brand identity;
  • Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue;
  • Analyze website and campaign performance and take action to improve results;
  • Manage everything related to the website's commercial performance;
  • Build and lead the e-commerce team (planned: 2-3 content roles);
  • Work closely with creative, content, product, and marketing teams;
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners when needed.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce; Fashion industry background is strongly preferred; Strong experience in website management, content, and digital campaigns; Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with leadership capability; Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify or similar), Advanced in English.
